Reservations will be confirmed by Vernazza Rooms upon checking the validity of the credit card details or upon receiving down-payment of the amount of one-night stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY – FAILURE TO ARRIVE
The following conditions are expected to be accepted at the moment of reservation, including the authorization of debiting the credit card with the penal amount as follows.

CANCELLATION from reservation date PENALTY on the whole amount of the stay

From 30 to 16 days before............................................................... 25%
From 15 to 8 days before................................................................. 50 %
From 7 days before or due to failure to arrive.................................... 100%

In case of earlier departure, the 50% of the lacked vacation period's amount will be withheld.
